Fully automatic pre-cleaning station

Description

Fully automatic pre-cleaning station completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel  with touch-screen control. The unit has a fixed height. Upon request it is also possible to make the pre-cleaning unit height adjustable.
The complete unit will be equipped with a water rim around the sides to prevent any spilled fluids from dripping of the unit. The back of the unit is equipped with a 100mm backsplash.

The pre-cleaning unit is standard equipped with a built-in IND5535 ultrasonic cleaning bath, which has a working capacity of 48 liters. Larger ultrasonic cleaning baths are available on request. In addition, the unit is equipped with a spraying tank.

Both tanks are fully integrated in the worktop and are both equipped with fully automatic tray lifts. The ultrasonic cleaning bath as well as the spraying tank and tray lift systems are being operated through one and the same touch-screen. The use of the touch-screen offers many advantages in comparison to a regular time-relays controlled unit due to the fact that the process times can be easily changed by everyone without having to consult a technician who has to adjust the time relays within an external section. The adjustments of important parameters with the help of technicians now belongs to the past and all staff members can operate and adjust the parameters to the requirements of the instruments which have to be processed. The ultrasonic cleaning bath is being filled and drained automatically.

The unit is equipped with a mixing system which will be placed inside the cupboard underneath the ultrasonic cleaner. This mixing system automatically mixes the water before the ultrasonic cleaning bath is being filled. This feature shortens the pre-heating time drastically. The unit is also equipped with a detergent pump to add  detergent to the ultrasonic cleaner.

The spraying tank is equipped with eight spraying nozzles to effectively rinse instrument trays with cold or mixed water.Each tray lift is equipped with a removable tray rack on which two instrument trays can be placed at the same time during the cleaning process. When opened the lid of the tray rack will be positioned in an angle of circa 30° which provides a good view of the instrument tray.

Apart from the ultrasonic cleaning bath and spraying tank the unit can also be expanded and equipped with one or more sinks.

These sinks can either be filled manually or automatically. Accessories such as overhead showers, personal protectionshield, spray guns or hand sprays can be added as well. The understructure of the clean-up counter consists of closed cabinets with double doors. In addition, it can consist of open cabinets or drawer blocks.

The closed cabinets house the electrical switchbox, ultrasonic generator and detergent pump.
The bottom shelves of the cabinets are removable which ensures easy access to all in- and outputs.
The unit is placed on a 150mm high plinth.
